Primary Birthday Certificate

My sister Kristen called and asked if I could help her - she wanted some kind of certificate or something to have primary kids sign and give to a teacher on their birthday. I was thrilled she asked for my help and jumped right in. This is what I came up with.

I wasn't going to post this so I didn't keep track of all the products used (I'm usually really anal about that) so I apologize to the designers.

I sent this to Kristen, told her to look it over and let me know if there are any changes she may want.

I think it turned out way cute!
